Charles Booker is fighting for Kentucky. After years of being let down and forgotten by DC politicians, it is clear we need new voices in this state — and new ideas to help Kentucky thrive again. We need a Green New Deal to create thousands of good jobs here in Kentucky, and end the exploitation of our land and our labor.

We need Medicare For All, so no one has to die because they don’t have money in their pocket. We need to break the cycle of generational poverty, and give workers the dignity of a living wage, and the power to fight for more. We need to stop demonizing teachers and start paying them. This isn’t about Republican vs. Democrat. It’s about the people vs. the powerful.

This is our chance. This is our chance to take our future back. This is our chance to take our power back, and we are not going to wait. We are not going to sit down. Our time is now.
